The event continues to develop being based in the centre of England, adjacent to the motorway network, offering a compact yet challenging rally typically on smooth tarmac. A number of venues are used and include fast and open stages at MIRA with tighter more technically challenging tests at local stately homes and military base with centralised servicing and secure overnight parking.

The event is a qualifying round o the following championships:

• 2011 REIS MSA ASPHALT RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP
• AWMMC Heart of England Rally Championship
• ANCC Stage Rally
